Visualization! The Heartbeat in Effective Training!

GM .... Thought4Thursday~ How are your personal fitness goals going? As of today.....what are your plans ...physically & mentally.... as we move into Fall and wind down 2019? I'm not talking about the immediate goals we work on during our training sessions.....although it is an important piece of it. But have you already VISUALIZED exactly where you want to be by January 1 , 2020? If you haven't, I encourage you to take a moment and do that. Visualization of your goals is an important tool in actually getting you there. If you haven't even thought about it ... if you can't truly see it ... if in all honesty ...you can't imagine it.......... the chances of it truly happening for you are slim. However......if you CAN see it in your minds eye....... Then the universe begins to work along with you! Daily..... The "I shoulds"... become "I will"! "I hope"....turns into "I must"! Slowly, day by day.... all the "I should haves".... turn into ......"I DID"!!! RESULTS! Of course, things happen that derail us from time to time; however this is exactly why the VISUAL and the RESOLVE ....has to be in place. The best way to make an Island your new home is to burn the boat! Working to be the best version of yourself physically and mentally.....should never be optional and you really do possess all the tools to succeed!!! Have a GREAT THURSDAY and see you soon!!!
